Our Secret Sex Talk chat line is a safe, inclusive space where you can have a peer‑to‑peer conversation with someone who gets it. Whether you want to bust a myth, get clear on testing, talk safer sex for your body and relationships, or just check in about something on your mind — we’re here to listen without judgement and give you accurate, affirming info. This chat is run by trained peer workers and nurses from the LGBTQIA+ community, so you can expect real talk, respect, and a little sparkle along the way.

Is this an emergency service?

No. This is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, please call 000 (Australia) or go to your nearest emergency department.

When is the chat monitored?

A dedicated staff member is available on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (AEST). Outside these hours, we check messages as often as possible and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can you give me medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment?
