Beyond Pronouns: Foundations of Gender Affirming Clinical Practice

This module goes deeper than introductions and intake forms. Clinicians explore how gender identity, anatomy, language, and lived experience intersect in healthcare settings, and how small clinical choices can build trust or quietly undo it. Through real world scenarios, this module supports clinicians to move from “trying to be inclusive” to delivering care that is consistently respectful, confident, and safe for trans and gender diverse patients.

Sexual and Reproductive Health for Trans and Gender Diverse People

Sexual and reproductive healthcare does not disappear with hormone therapy or gender affirmation. This module breaks down anatomy based care, contraception options, fertility considerations, cervical screening, and STI prevention for trans and gender diverse people. Designed to reduce uncertainty and clinical avoidance, it equips clinicians with clear frameworks to provide care that is accurate, affirming, and free from assumptions.

Contraception for Queer Bodies

Contraception for Queer Bodies is designed specifically for nurses and allied health professionals who are often the first point of contact in sexual and reproductive healthcare. This module centres anatomy and lived experience rather than gendered assumptions, supporting clinicians to provide accurate, affirming contraceptive information to queer, trans, and gender diverse patients. Through practical guidance and real world scenarios, learners build confidence in having clear, respectful, and sex positive conversations that support informed choice and continuity of care.

Cervical Screening for Trans, Non Binary, and Gender Diverse Patients

This module supports clinicians to deliver cervical screening without assumptions about gender, bodies, or sexual practices. It covers eligibility, anatomy based risk, inclusive language, and common barriers that stop trans and gender diverse people from attending screening. Clinicians gain practical strategies to improve uptake while protecting dignity, autonomy, and trust.

Supporting a Loved One Who Comes Out as Queer: Compassion in Action

When someone you care about comes out as queer, it can be a moment of joy and sometimes confusion or uncertainty. This module helps you navigate your feelings, offer genuine support, and understand the diversity of queer experiences. Learn how to create a safe, loving space where your loved one feels seen, heard, and valued.

Chest Binding: Safety, Comfort, and Body Autonomy

Binding can be affirming, powerful, and sometimes physically demanding. This module provides practical, harm reduction focused information on how to bind more safely, recognise warning signs, and care for your body over time. It centres choice and self knowledge, offering guidance without fear tactics or shame, and acknowledges the emotional importance binding can hold.

Pronouns: Respect, Learning, and Community Care

This module recognises that being queer does not automatically mean understanding pronouns, gender diversity, or how neo pronouns work. It creates a supportive learning space for queer people of all identities to build confidence around pronoun use without shame or judgement. Through clear explanations and everyday examples, the module explores how pronouns function, why they matter, and how getting it wrong can be repaired with care, curiosity, and respect.

Navigating Sex During Transition

This module explores how sex, desire, boundaries, and pleasure can shift for adults during social, medical, or hormonal transition. It acknowledges that bodies change, feelings change, and that it is normal for intimacy to feel exciting, confusing, tender, or all three at once. Designed for trans and gender diverse adults and their partners, this module offers affirming, practical guidance on communication, consent, dysphoria, euphoria, and rediscovering what feels good, at your own pace and on your own terms.
